A model of Talent Identification Program in Japan

The first Talent Identification (TID) Program was launched in 2004 in Japan. The two speakers will share with us the evolvement and development of TID in Japan, the collaboration among regional programs to form Team Japan and the educational part of TID. In addition, the speakers will also introduce the development of the efficient and effective athlete pathway system in Japan.
