Details of Elite Training Grant for Athletes with Disabilities (ETGD)

The ETGD is provided to elite para athletes of Tier A and Tier B sports, and sports supported under the IASS.

Eligibility

1. Athletes of National Sports Associations (NSAs) who have resided in Hong Kong for at least three years and hold a Hong Kong Identity Card are eligible for application.
2. Applicants must meet the specific result requirements, and maintain their athlete status in the following year.
3. Applications must be endorsed by coaching supervisor and NSA.

Application Procedure

Applications should be submitted by respective National Sports Associations (NSAs)

Application for 2026-2027 has been closed. Applications for 2027-2028 will be open in October 2026.
