Invitation For Expression of Interest

The Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited ("HKSIL") is the Government’s delivery agent of elite sports training systems. The HKSI’s mission is to provide an environment in which sports talent can be identified, nurtured and developed to pursue excellence in the international sporting arena benchmarked at Major Games results.

To deliver high quality service to support of elite athletes’ training, the HKSIL now invites capable contractors with relevant experience to register their interest to provide one-stop services to HKSIL on Security & Car Park Operation Services and Cleaning & Pest Control Services.

Servicing Locations:
Fo Tan Main Campus – 25 Yuen Wo Road, Sha Tin, New Territories.
Satellite Training Venue – Cycling Velodrome at Whitehead, Ma On Shan, New Territories.

Tender Subject:
To provide integrated services for Security & Car Park Operation Services and Cleaning & Pest Control Services.

Contract Period:
Tentatively for a period of 36-months starting from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2030.

Basic Criteria:
Interested companies should have at least consecutive 2 years’ experience in providing the following services for a single site within the past 5 years:
1. Manage a car park with not less than 100 nos. of car parking space;
2. Provide security services with not less than 23 nos. of security guard posts; and
3. Provide cleansing services with not less than 14 nos. of cleansing staff.
