The Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) will host an Open Day on 28 January 2018 (Sunday).  Athletes including Ng Ka-long and Wong Wing-ki (Badminton), who both had beaten down legendary Chinese shuttler Lin Dan in major competition, Hong Kong representative of Incheon 17^th Asian Games Ma Man-sum (Karatedo), up-and-coming star of Hong Kong Rugby Team Fong Kit-fung (Rugby), silver medallist in Men's 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay at the 2017 National Games To King-him (Swimming), and Zhuang Jiahong and Chen Suijin (Wushu), silver medallists at the 1^st Wushu Taolu World Cup and the 14^th World Wushu Championships respectively will attend the event and interact with participants.

Participants can meet with Hong Kong elite athletes and coaches and talk to them directly, as well as participating in our fitness tests and guided tours.  Apart from the HKSI booth, there are various interactive tryouts and test booths staged by Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled and National Sports Associations including Athletics, Cycling, Rowing, Rugby, Squash, Table Tennis, Tennis and Tenpin Bowling.  The Jockey Club Athlete Incentive Awards Scheme instant photo booth will also be set up at the Badminton Hall.  Enroll now to enjoy an energetic afternoon for free at the HKSI. 

Early registration is strongly recommended due to limited space.  Since some of the activities will take place at indoor sports facilities, participants should wear clean non-marking rubber-outsole sports shoes.
