The HKSI will host “BOCOM Hong Kong Sports Institute Open Day 2020” on 12 January 2020 (Sunday). Do not miss the opportunity to meet with Hong Kong elite athletes, including:

  • Chan Ming-tai (Athletics): silver medallist in men’s long jump, 22nd Asian Athletics Championships
  • Wan Ka-kai (Billiard Sports): bronze medallist in women's 6-red ball singles, WLBS Festival of World Women’s Snooker 2018
  • Leung Wing-yee (Cycling): bronze medallist in women's 20km individual time trial, 2018 Asian Games
  • Sophia Wu (Fencing): silver medallist in women’s foil (cadet), Asian Junior and Cadet Fencing Championships 2019
  • Ng Kiu-chung (Gymnastics): silver medallist in men’s rings, 7th Seniors Artistic Gymnastics Asian Championships
  • Choi Wan-yu (Karatedo): bronze medallist in women's kumite -61kg, 2018 Asian Games

On BOCOM HKSI Open Day, participants can experience sports tryouts to unleash your sports potential. Sports tryouts include: cycling, rowing, rugby, table tennis, tenpin bowling, tennis and triathlon; interactive game booths are offered by Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, Kai Tak Sports Park and Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled; sports demonstrations from karatedo, rhythmic gymnastics, rugby, wushu and disability sports. The brand new "Sports Talent Challenge" is set for participants to unleash their sports potential of becoming an elite athlete. In addition, there will be guided tours to let the participants take a glimpse into HKSI's world class training facilities! Do not miss the opportunity to spend a captivating and energetic day with Hong Kong Elite Athletes!

Early registration is strongly recommended due to limited space.
