Badminton team shares with media on preparation for World Championships

A ¡§Meet the Media" session was held by the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) on 3 August, where athletes and coaches of the Hong Kong badminton team shared with the media their preparation for the World Badminton Championships.

Hongkong Bank Foundation Continuing Coach Education Programme

A seminar on ¡§The influence of caffeine and other supplement on sports training¡¨ under the Hongkong Bank Foundation Continuing Coach Education Programme was organised by the Hong Kong Coaching Committee on 25 August 2011 at the Hong Kong Productivity Council Building. Ms Susan Chung, Sports Nutritionist of the HKSI, explained the influence of caffeine and other supplement on sports training to around 120 accredited coaches.

Collecting the latest scientific findings and practical information, it is a precious reference for sports professionals.
