<p>The five officiating guests including Mr Lau Kong-wah JP, Secretary for Home Affairs (6<sup>th</sup> left); Mr Timothy Fok GBS JP, President of the Sports Federation &amp; Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (5<sup>th</sup> right); Mr Matthias Li, Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Sports Institute (4<sup>th</sup> left); Mr Adam Koo, Chairman of the Hong Kong Coaching Committee (4<sup>th</sup> right) and Mr Leong Cheung, Executive Director, Charities and Community of the Hong Kong Jockey Club (5<sup>th</sup> left) together made best wishes to athletes who will be participating the Rio Olympics, Paralympics and upcoming major competitions.&nbsp; The blessings were well received by the four recipients of the Coach of the Year Award Chen Kang, Liu Tao (2<sup>nd</sup> and 3<sup>rd</sup> right), Tsang Kai-ming, Leung Kan-fai Dick (2<sup>nd</sup> and 3<sup>rd</sup> left) and athlete representatives Ng On-yee (billiard sports) (1<sup>st</sup> left) and Zhuang Jiahong (wushu) (1<sup>st</sup> right).</p>
