Gym Rules
- All athletes and users of the Fitness Training Centre (FTC) must sign in and out at the attendance book located near the front entrance.
- All athletes should use the FTC during their specified training period.
- Proper training attire should be worn by athletes and coaches at all times while in the FTC.
- Sweat should promptly be wiped off the machines after each use.
- Weights must be returned to racks immediately after use. Do not leave weights on the bar or scattered on the floor at any time.
- Do not work out too close to mirrors.
- No eating or gum chewing in the gym.
- Absolutely no playing around.
- All dumbbells and equipment must be returned to their original place after use.
- All borrowed equipment, i.e. medicine balls or jump ropes, must be signed out with the Strength Coach in charge before taking outside.
- Paper drinking cups should be thrown into the rubbish bin.
- No casual observers are allowed without permission of a Strength Coach. Absolutely no unattended children allowed in the FTC.
- All bags and personal gear should not be left on the floor where others may fall over them.
- Athletes not under the direct supervision of the FTC Strength Coaches may not receive permission to use the gym facility in the absence of their respective coaches.
- All athletes using the FTC should turn off mobile phone and pagers when entering the FTC. The FTC is for serious training only.
