<p>Professor Frank Fu MH JP, Chairman of The Hong Kong Coaching Committee (middle) welcomes the first batch of students of the new course, &ldquo;Foundation Certificate in Sports Coaching Theory&rdquo; at the First Assembly held at the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) yesterday. The new course is recognised by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic &amp; Vocational Qualifications to be equivalent to Level 2 under the Qualifications Framework.
