<p>To acknowledge outstanding performances by Hong Kong athletes, a total of HK$950,000 is awarded to 19 Hong Kong olympians under the &quot;Hang Seng Athlete Incentive Awards Scheme&quot; organised by the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) and sponsored by Hang Seng Bank. Among the 19 recipients, 16 were ranked in the top 16 of their particular event at the Beijing Olympics and three athletes broke five Hong Kong records.
